The Fund

The Marasi Real Estate Fund is designed to offer investors the opportunity to participate in the substantial growth of the real estate industry in the MENA region and globally.

MENA has demonstrated economic growth underpinned by strong economic fundamentals. Marasi provides investors with access to the MENA region through Shari’a compliant private capital investments in the premium-end real estate sector. Within this sector, the Fund’s focus will be on wharf developments, a niche segment of the luxury market which is significantly underserved in the region.
